What information do we collect?

We use a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) may be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to facilitate the re-order process at customer request.

Refund / Return / Cancellation policy
When the order is placed, Magno sent you a proof of the design for approval before do the embroidery or screen printing.
Colors will be matched as closely as possible to available thread colors using standard industry conversion charts.Once the products has been embroidered or screen printed we cannot accept returns on merchandise, unless the product is defective.
Please notify us in a timely manner before shipping back the product for an authorization number.
Cancellation Policy For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twelve (12) hours of submitting your order.
For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.
